Appeal For Garvard Good Plume Hello everyone, I am putting out an appeal for Garvard Good Plume. He is currently living in Rapid City South Dakota, but has one month to move out of his current apartment and is planning to move back onto the Pine Ridge reservation. He moved to Rapid City to be nearer the hospital due to health problems, but his mother needs his help and he has decided to move back to be nearer her. His aging mother lives on the reservation, at Wolf Creek, and is not in the best of health. Garvard plans to live in his late fathers house which is near his mothers and he is in the process of doing some repairs and painting this little house etc, to make it more liveable as it has stood empty for a good while. He has one month to do all this and is in desperate need of help money wise to be able to make this move and for repairs. Garvard is involved with the people fighting for the right to retain the Black Hills, www.defendblackhills.org and has put a lot of time and effort in promoting this cause. He has done so much to help his people, asking for nothing in return and now needs a little help himself .
