March 26th Newsletter 2010 - Unbelievable News

Hi Everyone,

This is the latest, unbelievable news on Marc!! Just when you thought it was all over.

I received this from his mother today. Will keep you all updated as I am.

Hi Brenda,

Talked to the attorney's secretary today. She said Marc is still in prison in Texas. The process is that once the opinion is given, then the US has 14 days to request a rehearing by the Appellate Court. If they do request a rehearing, it could take some more months. Marc will stay in prison all that time. If, after 14 days, the US Attorney does not request a rehearing, then the Appellate Court will issue an order releasing Marc from prison. So, we still have to wait. The secretary said they will call as soon as they hear.

This process is something else.
