Latest news on Marc Wisecarver

Judge Richard Battey received the written opinion the day before the attorneys, and instead of allowing any motions to be submitted, he immediately sent an order to the Marshalls telling them to bring Marc back for another trial which he scheduled for May 18th.

Yesterday, May 4th, Judge Battey conducted a hearing on whether to keep Marc incarcerated. He said he would give his written opinion in two days. In the meantime, Marc is still in jail when he should have been free weeks ago. As a federal judge, there is no oversight other than the US Senate from what we understand.
