Lakota Aid News letter

Hi Everyone

This is an addition to the last newsletter that I put out on behalf of Jaye A. La Vallee, Akicita Wakan Mani, a truly dedicated Lakota man living in Winnipeg, Canada.

He wishes to explain exactly what his work with the Native American people is all about.

I feel his work is so important in helping people to just cope with life and to really see who they are and to be proud of who they are.

Look over his website and any help or support for him will be very much appreciated and thank you.

Here are his words:-

I am a Transformational Guide / Tracker...Helper/Healer. I offer an AlterNative healing way, based in The Circle of Life Medicine Way.  As a Sundancer, Pipe Carrier, I follow the traditional teachings of Tatonka Oyate - The Buffalo People - Lakota and I believe that we must take Cannupa - the Sacred Pipe, to the people, especially the people of the cities... and as a trained Experiential Psychotherapist / Psychodramatist. I have blended the sacred teachings with the more relevant methods of the psycho-social, mental-health, spiritual-religion systems into a life-connecting way for healing our hearts, our minds, our bodies and our relationships.  While, I work primarily with Native Americans, I work with all peoples of Mother Earth, who are disadvantaged through physical, systemic, social and economic impediments. I see that suffering is through the unresolved emotions and oppressed, repressed life energy… and Mostly it is about deep generational learned and conditioned mistrust.... trauma bonding. I am committed to the freedom of all peoples to live and love fully. I live to walk my talk, and I will and I do - walk with anyone. Walk with me… let’s be free together!

I am a Tracker / Guide who helps others walk through their issues in a healthy and well way.

Pilamaya- Akicita Wakan Mani.
